• Demonstrated experience in: Data center projects, Structured cabling deployments, Enterprise networking, Cybersecurity implementations.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, risks, and cross-functional technical teams.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary ICT infrastructure environments.

Microsoft Server / Azure Administrator (Mandatory), VMware VCP (VMware Certified Professional) (Mandatory).

Experience & Core Competencies

• 5 years’ experience in: Enterprise server environments, Storage systems, SAN (Storage Area Networks), Virtualization platforms.
• Experience managing: High-availability clusters, Backup and disaster recovery systems.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure design and implementation.
• Ability to configure, deploy, and maintain production-grade systems.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (IT), Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.

Professional Certifications

CCNA (Mandatory), CCNP (Required for Lead Engineers), Fortinet NSE4/NSE5 or equivalent.

• 5 years’ experience in enterprise networking environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in: Routing and switching, VPN configuration, Network segmentation, Firewall implementation.

Fluke DSX testing competency.

Experience & Core Competencies

• 3 years’ experience installing: Cat6A cabling, Fiber optic cabling.
• Proven experience working in compliance with TIA/EIA standards.
• Ability to conduct certification testing and documentation.
• Experience in structured cabling installations within enterprise or data center environments.
• Knowledge of cable management best practices and infrastructure labeling standards.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology (IT), or a related field.

Professional Certifications

CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) (Mandatory), CompTIA Security+ or equivalent (Mandatory). CISSP/CISM (Advantage).

Experience & Core Competencies

• 5 years’ experience in cybersecurity operations.
• Experience in: Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), Firewall management, Incident response.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security architecture.
• Ability to detect, analyze, and mitigate security threats.
• Experience conducting vulnerability assessments and implementing security controls.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance and best practices.
